The drugs belong to the particularity of the goods, their quality control should be relativelymore stringent, because the safety of drugs and their effectiveness has played a relevant role intaking the life of health and safety. Drugs on the one hand the prevention, treatment, diagnosisof disease material, on the other hand, can make the body to quickly restore the normal functionof the material. With the continuous development of the discipline of analytical chemistry andother disciplines like chemistry, physics, and microbiology cross development, in particular therecent development and expansion of computer technology and modern instruments associatedwith, and promote the analysis of drug developed rapidly in its applications.Analysis Division of modern medicine with traditional medicine, which most of theapplication of chemical methods to detect drug molecules, the former analysis technologycontinues to expand, whether it is from static to dynamic, from in vitro analysis of the in vivoanalysis, or from the manual analysis to the computer aided analysis, etc., have promoted thedrug analysis to become more scientific in nature, a perfect science. Chromatography, gaschromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography, high performance liquid chromatographyhas become the conventional methods of drug analysis. However, fluorescence analysis on itsown merits, and also drug analysis in the sudden emergence. At present, the fluorescent dyeand its biological macromolecules combining the fluorescence characteristics, electrochemicalcharacteristics, dynamic characteristics of particular so established analytical methods. Thesignificance of the biggest advantages of the fluorescent probe technique has an extremely widedynamic range and its high degree of sensitivity to further establish low detection limit, highsensitivity of the fluorescent probe quantitative determination of duag analysis. This dissertation includes the following aspects:(1)This article reviews the research progress and detection of drug analysis, a total of134references.(2) Explored several determination of drug analysis of fluorescence probe method:At pH8.60, the fluorescence intensity of PRY-SDBS was declined obviously afteradding Acetaminophen and the reduced fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentratioof Acetaminophen. Based on this, a new fast and simple methond fordetermination of Acetaminophen was developed. At pH9.60, the fluorescence intensity ofAO-SDBS was obviously after adding Azithromycin and the reduced fluorescence intensity isproportional to the concentration of Azithromycin. Based on this, a new fast and simple methodfor determination of the Azithromycin was developed. This method has the high selectivity. AtpH10.0, the fluorescence intensity AO-SDBS is declined obviously after adding Clarithromycinand the reduced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration ofClarithromycin.Based on this, a new fast and simple method for determination of Clarithromycinwas developed. At pH9.85, a certain concentration of the Safranine (ST) can bind to a certainconcentration of anionic surfactant dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) to form a polymer. Thefluorescence intensity of the polymer is declined obviously after adding Roxithromycin and thereduced fluorescence intensit is proportional to the concentration of Roxithromycin. Based onthis, a new fast and simple method for determination of Roxithromycin was developed.(3)To carry out the study of the mechanism of interaction of drugs and fluorescentprobes. Explored between the surfactants, dyes and drugs among the UV spectra andfluorescence spectra, and its interaction mechanism discussed....
