Objectives:The study mainly analyzed the density of serum PON-1andhs-CRP in coronary artery disease and normal control person to find their relationshipwith the following aspects: the stability of plaque in clinical studies and severity ofcoronary artery disease, discussion on serum hs-CRP and PON-1in CHD patients inroutine eximanation of the clinical significance, and significance of combineddetection of long-term prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:62different extent patients with coronary artery disease and25healthperson, including20stable angina patients, in patients with18unstable anginapectoris and24acute myocardial infarction patients. CHD group were divided into21A-group lesions,23B-group lesions, and18C-group lesions. To detect the density ofserum hs-CRP and PON-1, we usually used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Using the13.0SPSS software to analyze.Results:1.CHD group compared with normal control group: In the CHD group, the density of serum hs-CRP be significantly increased, and it displayed obvioussignificance in statistics(P<0.01), But PON-1be obviously decreased, it also showedobvious significance in statistics(P<0.05);2.ACS group compared with SAP group:The density of serum hs-CRP is increased step by step among the group of SAP, UAPand AMI, it also showed obvious significance in statistics.(P<0.05), but the density ofserum PON-1obviously decreased among the group of SAP, UAP and AMI, it alsoshowed obvious significance in statistics(P<0.05);3.According to coronaryangiography, the patients with coronary artery disease were divided into a singlevessel disease, double vessel disease, vascular lesions three and above, With theincrease of vascular lesion vessels, the density of hs-CRP levels increase gradually,A-group<B-group<C-group, it showed obvious statistical significance.(P<0.05), but PON-1decreased obviously in A-group>B-group>C-group, it showed obviousstatistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.hs-CRP and acute coronary syndrome are assonciated with theseverity of coronary artery disease;2.PON-1is assonciated with the severity ofcoronary artery disease;3.To the extent of coronary lesions in evaluation of PON-1issuperior to hs-CRP;4.Serum PON-1and hs-CRP combination detection in acutecoronary syndrome is better than single detection sensitivity evaluation.
