Objective:Clinically, functional constipation is one of the common functional gastrointestinal sorders, which strongly affects the quality of patients work and daily life and is liable to induce serious mplications. To investigate the role of anorectal pressure and blood cholecystokinin(CCK)abnormality in tlet obstructive constipation(OOC)and the relationship between them. Methods:Anorectal pressure was measured with anorectal catheta of solid srate manometric nsducers, and50patients with OOC were comparatively investigated.Through enzyme-linked munosorbent assay(ELISA),we measured the serum CCK of the20healthy controls and the20ones to were randomly selected from the50patients.Results:The anal sphincter resting pressure(ARP) and the maximum squeeze pressure(MSP) in OC group (128.65mmHg±36.04mmHg) was lower than that in control group (151.47mmHg±.06mmHg).The first sensitive volume(FSV), defecate sensitive volume(DSV)and maximum tolerable lume(MTV)in OOC group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).CCK were lower than ntrol group and had negatively correlated with the MTV.Conclusions:Anorectal pressure、rectal sensation function and CCK were abnormal in patients th OOC.The rectal sensation function were positive correlated with the CCK.
