The Clinical Observation For Treatment Of Chronic Urinary Infection That Both Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type With Yiqipinglinhuayu Soup And Medicine Iron On Shenque Point

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of the patients of chronic urinary tract infection which type is weakness of spleen and kidney with Yiqipinglinhuayu soup and Medicine iron on Shenque point.Method:At first we selected60patients with chronic urinary tract infection of weakness of spleen and kidney. Based on the basic therapy, all the patients drinked herb tea and used yunshenfang to iron on their navel. Two weeks was a course and continuous observation two courses. Observed the changes of WBC in urine and urinary bacteria before and after treatment, also included Chinese medicine clinical efficacy and symptom changes in the integral by self-control that before and after treatment.Result:(1) After the treatment, the effective rate was85%.(2) After the treatment, The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores showed statistical significance contrasted with before (p<0.01) as same as the total scores (p<0.01).(3) the number of WBC in urine after the treatment contrasted with that before had statistical significance(p<0.01). Urine bacteria counts showed different also before and after(p<0.01)Conclusion:(1) Treatment patients of chronic urinary tract infection which type is weakness of spleen and kidney with Yiqipinglinhuayu soup and Medicine iron on Shenque point can get a satisfying clinical efficacy, urinary leukocyte reduction and urinary bacterial culture negative.(2) Treatment patients of chronic urinary tract infection which type is weakness of spleen and kidney with Yiqipinglinhuayu soup and Medicine iron on Shenque point can improvement of clinical symptoms and get lower symptom score.
