Objective:Through observing the clinical effect compared elctro-acupuncture needing combined with local points with traditional acupuncture, to search better treatment programs of dealing urinary retention coursed by spinal cord injury.Methods:52anorectal patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups therapy, namely therapy group and control group.Both of the two groups are treated by sterile catheterize intermittently. The therapy group was treated with acupuncture treatment by selecting electro-acupuncture needing combined with local point. While the control group was treated by traditional acupuncture. To observe the clinical effect of changes before and after treatment. Assess clinical efficacy.Results:1After treatment, symptom of the two groups gets better.2The total effective rate of the treatment group is92.3%, the total effective rate of control group is69.2%,Compared with the control group, signifieant difference (P<0.01)were found.Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture treatment by selecting needing combine local points is exact, and better than traditional acupuncture.
