Electroacupuncture GuanYuan Point On Urinary Retention With Spinal Cord Injury In Rat Model Of Experimental Study Of Urodynamic

Objective With modern transportation,building and the rapid development of sports,to facilitate the livelihood of people, production,health and security risks are also becoming more prominent,trauma caused by accidents such as spinal cord injury is one of the phenomenons of high incidence.Spinal cord injury has the characteristicsof high probability of life-long disability, difficult to be treated.Greater retention of its complications in patients with spinal cord injury declines the quality of life,and even life-threatening,so the treatment of urinary retention with spinal cord injury has become an important problem that medical researcher attached.At present,many clinical studies confirmed the efficiency of Chinese acupuncture.Compared to Western medicine therapy,acupuncture therapy of this disease has its unique advantages,but its mechanism has not been exposed,in this experiment to study the electro-acupuncture Guanyuan point on urinary retention with spinal cord injury of rats with the effects of urodynamics to explore the mechanism of acupuncture on this disease. Method Healthy adult female SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model control group,electro-acupuncture Guanyuan treatment group(Group Guanyuan),electro-acupuncture Tianshu control group(Tianshu group),10 rats each group,in accordance with the heavy impact law set up with spinal cord injury in rat model of urinary retention.Heavy physical impact of spinal cord of rats fibrillation spastic,spastic tail swing,the body of both lower extremities and back flutter like,immediately after spinal cord injury in the spinal shock period,showed detrusor areflexia or low reflectance state,unable to bladder voiding in the symphysis pubis on the fate that could be reached by swollen bladder,that is,the successful model.Electroacupuncture "Guanyuan" treatment group, according to group for electroacupuncture "Tianshu" treatment; sham-operated rats were exposed at T₆-T₁₀ vertebrae,not injuried, suture after 15 minutes.Sham operation group and model group did not make any medical treatment.Electro-acupuncture treatment with LH202H Korean-type device,density-wave,frequency of 2Hz/15Hz, intensity of 1mA,continuous stimulation for 20 minutes each time. In this experiment,we also found that although the electro-acupuncture "Guanyuan" can significantly make improvement in rats with spinal cord injury in the urine,but electro-acupuncture "Tianshu" has no such effect,the result confirms that the effect of acupuncture on the points has some specificity.
