Objective: To explore the correlation between the bronchial asthma TCM syndrometype and inflammatory factors, and study the objective indexes of the Chinese medicinediagnosis and classification, so as to promote the bronchial asthma TCM syndromedifferentiation and disease differentiation of the objective, microscopic, and better guideclinical drug and efficacy evaluation, improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine inpreventing and treating bronchial asthma. Method: Choose accord with the bronchialasthma diagnosis standard and xiao disease TCM syndrome differentiation of standardpatients, and to set up health control group. Detect C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin8(IL-8), eosinophil chemotactic factor (eotaxin) level in the blood and phlegm. Afterstatistics processing, we analyze asthma patients of different stages and different syndrometypes in patients with bronchial asthma inflammatory factor level difference, and comparedwith the control group. Result:(1) the bronchial asthma acute episode groups (leng xiao,re xiao syndrome and feng tan xiao syndrome) of CRP, IL-8and Eotaxin level in the bloodand phlegm higher than remission groups (fei pi qi xu syndrome, fei shen liang xusyndrome) and health in control group (P <0.05); The bronchial asthma remission groupsCRP, IL-8and Eotaxin level in the blood and phlegm higher than health in control group(P <0.05).(2) the CRP levels in the blood and sputum from high to low in turn for: re xiaosyndrome, feng tan xiao syndrome, leng xiao syndrome, fei pi qi xu syndrome, fei shenliang xu syndrome, healthy control. The CRP levels of re xiao syndrome, feng tan xiaosyndrome and leng xiao syndrome have significant difference among each others(P <0.01);the CRP levels of fei pi qi xu syndrome and fei shen liang xu syndrome have no difference(P﹥0.05).(3) the IL-8levels in the blood and sputum from high to low in turn for: lengxiao syndrome, re xiao syndrome, feng tan xiao syndrome, fei shen liang xu syndrome, fei pi qi xu syndrome, healthy control. The IL-8levels of the six groups have significantdifference among each others (P <0.01).(4) the eotaxin levels in the blood and sputumfrom high to low in turn for: feng tan xiao syndrome, leng xiao syndrome, re xiaosyndrome, fei shen liang xu syndrome, fei pi qi xu syndrome, healthy control. The eotaxinlevels of the six groups have significant difference among each others (P <0.01).Conclusion: The inflammatory factors (CRP, IL-8and Eotaxin) in the bronchial asthmapatients have a certain correlation with the Chinese medicine syndrome types. These canbe used as the objective indexes of bronchial asthma TCM syndrome differentiation.
