| Objective: to study the kidney huoxue soup of traditional Chinese medicine tospontaneously hypertensive rats caused by heart failure myocardial collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ typeand the water channel protein expression of HFCL2, evaluation of the kidney huoxue soupheart failure model of rats curative effect, and analyzes the characteristics and the possiblerole of mechanism, the kidney huoxue soup for the clinical promotion provideexperimental and theoretical basis.Methods: the32ZhouLing spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR)60only randomlydivided into5groups (the only12), Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in high dosegroup of dose group of traditional Chinese medicine, low dose group, enalapril group, themodel control group and the remaining12Wistar rat only for WKY group, the treatmentgroup were given filling kidney huoxue soup of high, middle and low dose and enalaprilfill the stomach, the model control group and WKY were given the same doses of distilledwater irrigation stomach, irrigation10ml/kg stomach for eight weeks to medicine, themyocardial type Ⅰ collagen, Ⅲ collagen type and kidney water channel protein expressionlevel of2.Results:1. Filling kidney invigorate the high dose group and group therapy comparedwith model after myocardial type Ⅰ collagen, Ⅲ collagen type and kidney water channelprotein expression level of2, there was a significant difference was statistically significant(P <0.01), in the kidney invigorate the dose group of treatment group compared withmodel after myocardial type Ⅰ collagen, Ⅲ collagen type and kidney water channel proteinexpression level of2, a statistically significant difference (P <0.05), filling kidneyinvigorate the low dose group and model group after treatment, no more difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: kidney huoxue soup can reduce chronic heart failure rats myocardialcollagen Ⅰ, type Ⅲ and kidney water channel protein expression2, and so to restrain leftventricular remodeling and reduce water reservoir of sodium for function, improve heartfunction, prevent and cure for heart failure. For clinical filling kidney invigorate themethod widely used in patients with chronic heart failure to provide an objective basis, fortraditional Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure to provide the theory basisexperiment. |
