The Clinical Results Analyse Of Pedicle Fixation Alone And Pedicle Fixation Combined With Bone Gratf Via Pedicle For The Treatment Of Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures

Objective: Analysis comparison of pedicle screw internal fixation system alone andpedicle screw internal fixation system combined with bone graft of vertebral body viapedicle for the clinical treatment of thoracolumbar (T11~L2) burst fractures.Methods:60patients was analysed with thoracolumbar burst fractures in theorthopaedics of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospitalfrom November2009to November2011,the60patients was divided into two groups: nobone graft group and the group of bone graft.30patients were treated with pedicle screwinternal fixation system alone(no bone graft group),and30patients were treated withpedicle screw internal fixation system combined with bone graft of vertebral body viapedicle(the group of bone graft).In this study, Frankel classification,VAS score,vertebralcompression ratio,Cobb Angle was observed. According to the results of before and after1weekend and after1year,analyse and compared with the two the clinical curative effect ofoperation method.Result:60patients postoperative pain were significant relief, the majority of patientsdysfunction restore good;Postoperative vertebral body height and protrusion deformityall were obviously improved.Compared with no bone graft group and the group of bonegraft,vertebral compression ratio and Cobb Angle difference are all no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05) after two days,vertebral compression ratio and Cobb Angle differenceall have a statistical significance(P<0.05) after one year.Conclusion:1.Two groups of surgical method all can effectively relieve the pain ofpatients and can better restore its function obstacle,vertebral body height and shape areobviously improved;2.The group of bone graft can prevent later the loss of vertebralheight and corrective Angle,and the clinical curative effect is more satisfied.
