| Objective:By measuring vasodilator substance NO and the contraction of vascularmaterial content of ET of tension-type headache(Tension-type headache,TTH) model inrat plasma, brain homogenate and tension-type headache in patients, by this we canexplore the relationship of vasomotor function with TTH; while explore Roujin Decoctionon the TTH of the impact of the Vasomotor function function.Methods:(1)Animal experiments:divide healthy Wister animals into three groupsby random:Control group(injected by saline in the neck);Model group (injected byATP in the neck);Roujinfang group(injected by ATP in the neck and gavaged byRoujinfang Tang).Modeling method is both semisinal neck intramuscular injectionsof ATP. After the test,detect the plasma NO/ET levels with blood from abdominal veinof all rats.Make10%brain homogenate from the left brain to detect the NO/ET levels.Clinical trials:Select30patients with CTTH gived Roujinfang Tang,detect theplasma NO/ET levels before and treatmen(tMarch2012-december2012).Observe clinicalefficacy of Roujinfang Tang.Results:(1)The plasma and brain homogenate NO of rats model of Tension-typeheadache increase abnormally(compared with the control group,p<0.01).RoujinfangTang can readuce plasma and homogenate NO levels (compared with model drouprespectively,p<0.05).(2)Although the homogenate ET levels of rats model group increase,this is haveno signifficance statistically(compared with the control group,p>0.05).The homogenate ET levels rats of Roujinfang group have no signifficance statistically (compared withthe model group,p>0.05). Although the plasma ET levels of ratsmodel group readuce,this is have no signifficance statistically(compared with the control group,p>0.05). Although the homogenate ET levels rats of Roujinfang group increase,this ishave no signifficance statistically.(3)Roujin Decoction can extend rat model’s incubation period of pain,reducethe skinã€muscle and fascia’s sensitivity,(compared with model group respectively,p<0.05). Roujin Decoction can reduce plasma and brain homogenate NO content,(compared with model group respectively,p<0.05).(4) There are not statistically significant differences in the plasma NO contentbetween patients with CTTH and the healthy(P>0.05).(5) The total effective rate of Roujin Decoction group was86.67%.Conclusion:(1)NO and the incidence of TTH are closely related,ET may relateto TTH.Both affect vasomotor function,and affect pain sensitivity of muscle and skinof the head area.Throught this,lead to TTH.(2) Roujinfang Tang can effectively relieve headaches,improve clinicalsymptoms.Roujinfang Tang can adjust the plasma NO/ET levels,and adjust Vasomotorfunction,which may play a role for treatment of TTH. |
