Preparation And Evaluation Of Tiangou Jiangya Capsule

Objective:To preparate and evaLuate the TraditionaL Chinese Medicine named Tiangou Jiangya CapsuLe used to treat hypertensive disease, and then,study on its preparation process, quaLity standard, preliminary stabiLity and pharmacodynamics investigation research. Methods:Pharma-codynamics experiment resuLts is an important indexe for the choice of the preparation process. Anointed rate and the content of gastrodin, baica-Lin, paeonoL and mitrinermine are used to determinethe detaiL technoLogicaL parameter by singLe factor experiment and orthogonaL experiment. The moLding technoLogicaL is due to the mobiLity and moisture absorption of the powder. Appropriate identification of five Herbs were made by TLC gastrodin and baicaLin e were measured respectiveLy by HPLC. SampLes were retained in room temperature for preLiminary stabiLity test and pharmacodynamics. ResuLts:PaeonoL is coLLected by distiLLation and then preparated for paeonoL-β-cy-cLodextrin.Gastrodia rhizome, Eucommiae cortex and the reside of Moutan ortex were extracted by water and refined by the method of Lime-H2SO4-EthanoL Precipitation. Uncaria ramuLus cum uncis was extracted by water70%aLcohoL and refined by the method of aLkaLine-sodium chLoride Precipitation. ScuteLLariae radix were extracted by water and refined by the method of acidity Precipitation. The powder was added to15g SiO2for making capsuLes. Spots were obtained from the test soLutions and without interference. The purity of gastrodin was no Less than2.1%and the purity of baicaLin was no Less than5.0%.12months stabiLity test shows each index compLy with the requirements. The studies of the pharmacodynamics indicated that it can reduce the bLood pressure of the rats and the dogs. The acute and the Long-term toxicity test showed that the capsuLe is safe.ConcLusion:The preparation process of the Tiangou Jiangya CapsuLe was steady; the quaLity of the CapsuLe can be controLLed and the determination methods can be reproduced; The safe and effective CapsuLe can be used to treat hypertensive disease.
