Objective To investigate the relationship between rats brain tissue around thehematoma after cerebral hemorrhage and the expressions of mmp-9、TIMP-1and Glu, andto explore the intervention of di-dang-pill.Methods80Male Wistar rats were divided into4groups randomly: control group,sham operation control group, cerebral hemorrhage groupⅠ and cerebral hemorrhagegroup Ⅱ (treating with di-dang-pill). The cerebralhemorrhage groups (Ⅰ、Ⅱ) weredivided into4subgroups:12h、24h、72h and7d according to the time after bleeding. Injectthe autologous blood to caudate nucleus to make cerebral hemorrhage model in rats.Give amark of animal ethology(Bederson score)at the above4phases,Take brain issues at theabove4phases to detect moisture content of brain issues by dry-humid weight methodand the expressions of mmp-9、TIMP-1and Glu from the brain tissue around thehematoma by immunohistochemical method, contrast and analysis the data.Results1. The brain water content and expressions of mmp-9、TIMP-1and Glu ofthe cerebral hemorrhage groups (Ⅰ、Ⅱ) were obviously increased than the control groupand sham operation control group(p<0.01);2. For the7d subgroup of cerebral hemorrhagegroup Ⅱ,the moisture content of brain issues was lower than the cerebral hemorrhagegroupⅠ(p<0.05), the expressions of MMP-9、TIMP-1and Glu were lower than cerebralhemorrhage groupⅠ(p<0.05),The Bederson score were lower than cerebral hemorrhagegroupⅠ(p<0.05). For the cerebral hemorrhage groupⅠ,the mmp-9、TIMP-1expressions got the peak at the72h, while the Glu level was highest at the24h.3. The multipleregression results showed that the brain organization water content and MMP-9, the Gluexpression assumes the linear relation, the duplicate correlation coefficient (R=0.844), thedetermination coefficient (R Square=0.712), the multiple regression equation isY=68.894+0.281X1-0.052X2.Conclusions1.The expressions of mmp-9、TIMP-1and Glu were significantlyincreased at the brain tissue around the hematoma after cerebral hemorrhage, and themmp-9and Glu had an important role in the secondary injury after cerebral hemorrhage.2.Di-dang-pill could obviously reduce the expressions of mmp-9and Glu to ease thesecondary injury in brain tissue around the hematoma.
