Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of blood flow around hematoma in rats with cerebral hemorrhage,and to study the impact of di-dang-pill on neurological function,brain tissue morphology and blood flow in rats with cerebral hemorrhage.Materials and Methods:Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group, cerebral hemorrhage groupâ… and cerebral hemorrhage groupâ…¡(i.e.treatment group, interfered with Chinese medicine di-dang-pill).Cerebral hemorrhage groupâ… and cerebral hemorrhage groupâ…¡were further divided into 4 sub-groups,i.e.12-hour,24-hour,72-hour and 7-day subgroups.The intracerebral hemorrhage model was made by injection of autologous blood into the caudate nucleus.The technique of CT perfusion imaging was used at various times to measure the hemodynamic parameters including regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF),regional cerebral blood volume(rCBV) and contrast agent mean transit time(MTT) in brain tissue surrounding hematoma.Animal behavior ratings were made according to Bederson scoring system.Pathological observation on brain tissue was made after HE staining.Results:â‘ Both rCBF and rCBV in Cerebral hemorrhage groupâ… and Cerebral hemorrhage groupâ…¡were significantly lower than in the control group and sham operation group (P<0.05),but Bederson score was significantly higher than that in the normal control group and sham operation group (P<0.05);â‘¡The rCBF and rCBV at each time point in cerebral hemorrhage groupâ…¡were significantly higher than that in cerebral hemorrhage groupâ… (P<0.05).HE staining showed that inflammation in brain tissue was significantly lightened in cerebral hemorrhage groupâ…¡than in cerebral hemorrhage groupâ… .At 7 days after operation,Bederson score in cerebral hemorrhage groupâ…¡was significantly less than in cerebral hemorrhage groupâ… (P<0.05).Nevertheless,no significant difference was noticed at other time points (P>0.05).Conclusion:â‘ Low perfusion state exists in brain tissue around hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage;â‘¡The di-dang-pill can significantly lighten inflammation surrounding hematoma,and improve tissue perfusion and neurological function after intracerebral hemorrhage.
