Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significances of p53,IKKβ and IκBα in tissue of different cervical variations and their correlations. Methods:The expression levels of p53, IKKβ and IκBα of31patients with CINI(cervical intraepithelial neoplasias),37patients with CINII,37patients with CINIII, and30patients with micro-invasive cervical cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry S-ABC.The data was analyzed with SPSS17.0soft ware. Results:The positive rate of p53protein in CINI, CINII, CINIII and micro-invasive cervical cancer were respectively87.1%,83.8%,68.6%,60%. There was a signficant difference among the groups(P<0.05). The positive rate of p53in micro-invasive cervical cancer was lower than CINI and CINII, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of IKK(3protein in CINI, CINII, CINIII and microinvasive cervical cancer were respectively83.9%,62.2%,62.9%,50.0%. There was a signficant difference among the groups(P<0.05). The positive rate of p53in CINI was higher than CINII and micro-invasive cervical cancer, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of IκBαprotein in CINI, CINII, CINIII and micro-invasive cervical cancer were respectively61.3%,75.7%,65.7%, 40%. There was a signficant difference among the groups(P<0.05). The positive rate of IκBα in micro-invasive cervical cancer was lower than CINII and CINIII, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of p53was correlated with IKKβ in different cervical variations(r=0.156, p=0.073), and have not statistical sense. The positive rate of IKKβ was positive correlation with IκBαin different cervical variations(r=0.219, p=0.011), and have statistical sense. The positive rate of p53was positive correlation with IκBα in different cervical variations(r=0.232, p=0.018), but not in micro-invasive cervical cancer (r=0.093, p=0.624).Conclusion:1.The expression of p53in CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ and micro-invasive cervical carcinoma is decreased by degrees, and is correlated with micro-invasive cervical carcinoma, and is likely to promote the occurrence of micro-invasive cervical carcinoma.2. The expression of IKKβ in CINI is more than CINII,CINIII and micro-invasive cervical carcinoma, may be contribute to tumor initiation.3. The expression of IκBα in CINI,CINII,CINII and micro-invasive cervical carcinoma is decreased by degrees, and is correlated with micro-invasive cervical carcinoma, and is likely to promote the occurrence of micro-invasive cervical carcinoma.4. Because p53is not correlated with IKKβ and weakly with IκBα, they may have different carcinogenic mechanism...
