Objective:Through studying the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and component of testicular tumor of hunan province; Explore the relationship of tumor marker and testicular cancer pathological diagnosis.Method:From analyzing the357cases of spermary tumor clinical material of six hospitals of hunan province from January2001to June2010.Consequence:Of the total number,109cases were pathlogically diagnosed as nonseminoma(30.5%);237cases were pathlogically diagnosed as seminoma (66.4%); A history of cryptorchidism was44cases(12.3%). The119cases of the seminoma have immunohistochemical results(A total of237cases of seminoma), immunohistochemical markers:placental aldaline phosphatase (PLAP)of the116cases is positive expression, accounted for97.48%. the CD117of the110cases is positive expression, accounted for92.43%.A tire protein (AFP) positive expression of the five cases, accounted for4.20%.Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) positive expression of the six cases, accounted for5.44%. They are statistically significant(p<0.05). one-year,three-year and five-year survial rates of seminoma and nonseminoma were98.1%、85.8%、80.2%and89.7%、66.2%、55.9%。 Comparing with the seminoma and nonseminoma survial rate, there was statistic disparity (p<0.05).Conclusion:We have investigated the testicular cancer incidence of Hunan province over the past decade, and we found that:1) The peak incidence of seminoma and embryonal carcinoma of hunan province was concentrated in ages20-40; The peak incidence of non-hodgkin’s lymphoma was later than40years.2) Seminoma was very common in patients with cryptorchidism.3) Tumor markers (PLAP, CD117) play an important role in diagnosis of seminoma.4) Survival rates of seminoma was higher than nonseminoma, the prognosis of patients were infected by the types of pathology.
