Objective:To detect positive expression rate of platelet activation molecule PAC-1, CD62p, CD63in spontaneous abortion patients with antiphospholipid syndrome. To discuss PAC-1, CD62p, CD63’s function in the pathogenesis of antiphospholipid syndrome.Methods:Making35cases of APS patients with spontaneous abortion history as a research group,30cases of non-APS patients with spontaneous abortion history as the control group I,30cases of normal women without spontaneous abortion history as the control group Ⅱ. Using automatic flow cytometry(FCM) to detect positive expression rate of platelet-activating molecule PAC-1, CD62p and CD63. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect serum ACA, αβ2GPI’s concentration.Results:1、The positive platelets expression rates of study group and control group Ⅰ, Ⅱ were11.48±2.99%,4.30±1.49percent,4.33±1.61%, The positive platelets expression rates of CD62p were9.13±3.32%,4.66±1.64%,4.09±1.23%, the positive platelet expression rate of CD63were1.04±1.14%,1.09±0.84%,0.89±0.75%, the study group’s positive platelets expression of PAC-1and CD62p were significantly higher than the control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ group (P<0.001), Comparing the control group Ⅰ with group Ⅱ, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); Comparing three groups’CD63positive platelets expression rate, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05).2、The positive platelets expression rate of PAC-1, CD62p and CD63in the study group before treatment were11.48±2.99%,9.13±3.32%,1.04±1.14%, The positive platelets express rates of PAC-1, CD62p and CD63after treatment were5.72±2.04%,4.00±1.34%,1.03±0.94%, the positive platelets expression of PAC-1and CD62p after treatment were significantly lower than its before treatment (p <0.001), comparing the positive platelets expression rate of CD63after treatment with its before treatment (p>0.05), there was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1. PAC-1, CD62p and APS natural about abortion, platelet activation molecular abnormalities may express in natural abortion APS pathogenesis plays an important role.2. APS natural abortion after treatment, the PAC-1, CD62p decline, indicating that the PAC-1, CD62p is expected to become a APS and curative effect of natural abortion condition index.
