APS is an autoimmune disease characterized by arteriovenous thrombosis, pathological pregnancy, thrombocytopenia and persistent APL.APS is often secondary to connective tissue diseases, and the proportion of APS secondary to SLE can reach 2 / 3.Western medicine anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy is the most mainstream treatment, but in addition to the classic manifestations, patients often have joint pain, reticular plaques, renal microthrombosis and myocardial infarction, and the prognosis of SLE with APS is poor,so it is urgent to find a new treatment.Although many TCM doctors have confirmed the clinical effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying kidney and spleen on APS secondary to SLE,western medicine is still the most mainstream treatment. Therefore, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine may become another promising treatment.
