Comparison of efficacy:the treatment group cured in18cases, improved in10cases, ineffective in2cases, total efficiency rate93.33%; The control group healed in8cases, improved in9cases, ineffective in8cases, total efficiency rate68.00%. The treatment group were more efficient than control group significantly. Comparing the efficiency of two groups by the x2test,P<0.05, statistically significant differences in the treatment group than in the control group.2. The incidence of adverse reactions:the treatment group occurred in1case, the incidence of adverse events was3.33%; the control group occurred in2cases, the rate of reverse reaction of8.00%. Comparing the two groups by the x2test (P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.3. Recurrence rate:healing patients for treatment and control groups at six months follow-up after treatment is completed, treatment group,18cases of recurrence in2cases, recurrence rates5.56%, The control group of25cases,4cases of recurrence, recurrence rate20.00%.In both groups, recovery rates (P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical research indicated the LiangXueJianPi powder treatment of the simplex anaphylactoid purpura, Curative effect to be remarkable, also Safety and low recurrence rates.
