| Obective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of the way which based on Expelling wind and freeing channels, Clearing heat and cooling blood method and to treat simple Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)patients.And to detection the level of T cells subsets(CD4+Tcells, CD8+Tcells, CD4+Tcells / CD8+Tcells) and immunoglobulin(Ig G, Ig M, Ig A) which before treatment and after 14 days treatment. And observed the difference between before and after treatment, in order to understand the effectiveness and the immune regulation of the traditional medicine which based on expelling wind and freeing channels, clearing heat and cooling blood method in the treatment of simple Henoch-Schonlein purpura patients,Methods: According to the The random number table, 60 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura patients were divided into two groups randomly, one group is treatment group, the other is control group,each group has 30 patients. In the course of the experiment has no lost cases. The treatment group has 16 men and 14 women, the age ranged from 15 to 50, the mean age is 38.32 ± 9.16, the course of disease was 1 to 20 years, the average course of disease was 7.82± 4.62; the control group has 14 men and 16 women, the age ranged from 16 to 52, the mean age is 39.47 ± 9.16, the course of disease was 1 to 25 years, the average course of disease was 7.64 ± 4.68 years. The treatment group patients took traditional Chinese Medicine(12g of honeysuckle, 12 g of forsythia, 10 g of wind, 10 g of Herba Siegesbeckiae, 8g of mint,8g of paeonol, 10 g of red peony root, 6g of licorice.)one day a agent, taking 14 days in a row.Patients in control group were treated with compound rutin 40 mg each time, 3 times a day; dipyridamole 25 mg each time, 3 times a day for 14 days too. And to observe the two groups ’s clinical efficiency, and the level of T cells subsets and immunoglobulin which before treatment and after treatment.Results:1. Comparison of the clinical efficacy : The total effectiveness of the treatment group is 93.3%, the total efficiency of the control group is 73.3%,Throughchi square test statistical analysis, P<0.05, Indicating that the treatment group is better than control group in Clinical Curative effect.2.Comparison of T cell subgroup:Before treatment,two groups of patients’ s levels in T cell subgroups(CD4+Tcells, CD8+Tcells and CD4+Tcells /CD8+Tcells)have no obvious differences(p>0.05);In the treatment group, Compared before and after treatment, it’s a significant difference(p<0.01) in the level of CD4+Tcells, CD8+Tcells and CD4+Tcells /CD8+Tcells; In the control group, Compared before and after treatment, it’s a significant difference(p<0.01) in the level of CD4+Tcells, CD8+Tcells and CD4+Tcells /CD8+Tcells; But after treatment, the level of CD4+Tcells, CD4+Tcells /CD8+Tcells in the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group(p<0.01), the level of CD8+Tcells in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(p<0.01), Compare the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.01).3.Comparison of the level of immunoglobulin : two groups of patients’ s levels in IgA、Ig M 、 Ig G have no obvious differences(p>0.05); In the treatment group, Compared before and after treatment, it’s a significant difference(p<0.01) in the level of Ig A、Ig M、Ig G; In the control group, Compared before and after treatment, it’s a significant difference(p<0.01) in the level of Ig A 、 Ig M 、 Ig G; But after treatment, the level of Ig G in the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group(p<0.01), the level of Ig A 、 Ig M in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(p<0.01), Compare the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.The traditional medicine which based on Expelling wind and freeing channels, Clearing heat and cooling blood method in the treatment of simple Henoch-Schonlein purpura patients. It’s efficiency is higher than that the control group’s, the symptoms and signs of patients were improved, explain that this treatment has remarkable curative effect.2.Traditional Chinese medicine which based on Expelling wind and freeing channels, Clearing heat and cooling blood method can improve the level of CD4+T cells, the ratio of CD4+T cells level and CD8+T cells level and decrease the level of CD8+T cells, indicating its can regulate the cellular immunity.3.Traditional Chinese medicine which based on Expelling wind and freeing channels, Clearing heat and cooling blood method can increase the level of Ig G and decrease the level of Ig A, Ig M, indicating its can regulate the humoral immunity.4.After treatment, the safety indexs have no abnormal change and in the course of treatment, it doesn’t occur adverse drug reaction, indicating that the traditional medicine which based on expelling wind and freeing channels, clearing heat and cooling blood method in the treatment of simple Henoch-Schonlein purpura patients has good Security. |
