According to the individual differences of different chemotherapy regimensin chemotherapy. On receiving chemotherapy for29cases of patients with clinical data, remission induction chemotherapy for clinical summary and analysis. Results:Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor priming regimen in treatment group (CAG andCHG)in10cases, complete remission (CR)rate was60%,8cases in group DA, completeremission (CR)rate was37.5%,6cases in group IA, complete remission (CR)rate50%,2/3dose2cases in group DA, complete remission (CR)rate50%,2/3dose of IA3cases,complete remission (CR)rate33.3%. Conclusion: Elderly AML patients with poorhistologic response to chemotherapy, induction remission rates low, should be thetreatment of choice for active and reasonable, individual chemotherapy.
