| Objective：To observe Xiaoliuwan pill endometriosis ectopic lesions in rats and itsrole in estrogen receptor β and influence.Method：SD female rats of100surgicalinduction method to establish a rat model of endometriosis into the model rats wererandomly divided into model group, the GFW positive control group, Xiaoliuwan pill low,medium and high dose group.8weeks the rats administered orally, the model group ratsgiven saline; After treatment, the observed area changes of rats in each group of ectopicendometrium and ectopic endometrial estrogen receptor β. Results：Xiaoliu low pill,high-dose group rat ectopic endometrial growth activity inhibition, ectopic endometrialarea than before treatment were significantly narrowed (P<0.01);Xiaoliu low pill, highdose group after treatment, ectopic endometrial area was no significant difference(P>0.05);Xiaoliuwan pill, no significant difference (P>0.05) in the high dose group ratheterotopic endometrial estrogen receptor β, indicating that the drug may not be throughthe expression of estrogen receptorβ.Conclusion：the Xiaoliuwan pill endometriosis ratshave significant therapeutic and therapeutic effects, the treatment of ectopic endometriumof endometriosis in rats and inhibition of the Xiaoliuwan pill may not by ectopicmembrane estrogen receptor β expression. |
