Objective: Using coronary artery angiography (CAG) as thecomparison standard, this paper aims to discuss the clinical valueand limitations of the64-slice spiral CT coronary artery (64SCTCA)imaging in coronary angiography diagnosis.Methods:40suspected cases of CHD have received64SCTAand CAG examination, and the results are compared. Results: In40cases of coronary angiography based on15-stagemethod600segments of coronary artery images,64-slice spiral CTsupplies540healthy segments for analysis of the fine blood vessels;97vascular have lesions, the major lesion plaque are calcifiedplaque,up to43.3%, and most of them are find in the left anteriordescending artery (LAD),up to38.1%. The stenosis sensitivity of64SCTCA diagnoses of coronary artery≥50%is94.2%, specificity95.4%, positive predictive value82.9%, and negative predictive value95.6%, and accuracy95.2%. Compared with CAG, x2=1.119,P=0.290. The difference is not statistically significant. Conclusion:64SCTCA on the diagnosis of coronary artery withsevere stenosis have a higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, the positioning of the coronary atherosclerotic plaque diagnosis hasclinical significance, and can be used as a non-invasive screeningmethod for coronary heart disease. It has an important value intreatment options and assessment of medium-and long-termefficacy after treatment.
