ObjectiveBy experiment all-in-one adhesive system resin-coated single-tier applications with double-layer application of dual-cure resin cement shear strength differences, in order to provide a reference for clinical application.Methods60due to clinical reasons for removal of fresh human molars prepared dentin plane along the long axis direction of vertical teeth were randomly divided into three groups:Group1:some control does not handle; Group2:To Tokuyama binder for dentin surface halogen curing for10seconds (single application); Three groups:the first step in processing is complete, repeat the application of adhesives and light curing (double application). And then each group were randomly divided into2groups, Dual-curing group:Rely X-Unicem resin sticky cement coated dentin surface, halogen light cured for20seconds; Self-curing group:In order to cement only by chemical factors polymerization, specimens from light to30minutes. Resin cements and dentin bonding area is3mm2. The sample into a universal testing machine measured shear strength, and statistical analysis of shear strength differences between the groups. Observing in each group bonding interface by microscopy.Results1The statistical results showed that the dentin bond strength curing methods affect the application number of combinations of resin cements. Double shear strength of the application group statistical control group than the single application group, whether it is dual cure resin cement curing model. However, for a single application group and control group was not statistically significant in the shear strength of dual-curing and self-curing two sets of model. In addition to the single application group, the dual-cure model is better than curing model statistically higher strength. Dual-cure model has been the highest shear strength in the double group.2Observe the thickness of the resin coating on the application of dual-cure resin cements and dentin mode interface by scanning electron microscopy, each interface has a good adaptability in all groups. Double application group on the coating thickness is thicker than a single application group. Regardless of the curing model, a single application, and double respectively to make the8-12μm and14-20μm thickness layer in the dentin surface.ConclusionA resin coating consisting of double-application of the all-in-one adhesive system significantly improved the bond strength of a resin cement to dentin. In addition, the dual-cure mode for curing of the resin cement enhanced the bond strengths to dentin.
