| Objective:Hyperlipidemia has a significant negative effect on health,the atheoselorsis could be produced after long-term effect, and that atheoselorsis is the main reason for leading cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, its occurrence is created by food, lifestyle, genetic and other factors. Studies show that human blood in low density lipoprotein (LDL) increases and the consequent LDL into the vessel wall and is oxidized into oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) are the major causes of As. On the other hand, high density lipoprotein (HDL) can prevent the As’formation and increase. If can effectively control the blood LDL levels without causing loss of HDL, not only can prevent the occurrence of As, but also reduce the As has been formed, which is conducive to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. At present, used for lowering blood low-density lipoprotein (LDL) adsorption separation material is still need to be improved. To design and synthesise the expected low density lipoprotein. LDL adsorption resin-HB-H-8. and study the efficacy and specificity of the adsorption of LDL with HB-H-8resin through in vitro experiments.Methods:HB-H-8resin and adsorption materials performance comparative experiment: To compare HB-H-8resin with other commonly used adsorbents. All of these commonly used adsorbents including anion exchange resin, cation exchange resin, weak polar resin, Japan carbonized resin and the sodium alginate immobilized polymyxin B. Through an analysis of20cases of LDL above the normal range of serum samples from patients undergoing in vitro static adsorption experiments, using7kinds of adsorbents, determine the concentration of LDL before and after adsorbent, calculate the adsorption rate, compare the experimental results. HB-H-8resins on Adsorption Properties of LDL:HB-H-8resin after processing using the LDL above the normal range of serum samples from patients undergoing dynamic study of HB-H-8adsorption saturation time and temperature on HB-H-8adsorption effect; The use of HB-H-8static adsorption experiments, in order to determine low density lipoprotein concentration (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL), total cholesterol (CHO), and triglyceride (TG) before and after the adsorption concentration, then calculate the adsorption rates of HB-H-8specific adsorption.Results:7kinds of adsorbent LDL comparative experimental results show that the average adsorption rate of HB-H-8resin for LDL was63.2%. which is higher than the other six kinds of adsorption resin. In vitro dynamic adsorption results show that HB-H-8resin on low density lipoprotein (LDL) adsorption saturation time of2hours, the optimal adsorption temperature is a constant temperature37℃. In vitro static adsorption shows HB-H-8resin for LDL average adsorption rate is63.2%, and for high density lipoprotein (HDL), the average absorption rate is1.9%.Conclusion:HB-H-8resin has good specificity adsorption properties for LDL. so it is expected to develop into a low density lipoprotein adsorption material for blood purification. |
