ObjectIn order to study the effects of different Lipid-lowering Drugs on expression of LDLC and PCSK9 in experimental animals gave the adult male wistar rats fed high fat diet.;Methodcollect the blood samples for detect lipid levels before Intervention, divided into four groups:Normal control group(n=6); High-fat diet group(n=6); High-fat diet +Atorvastatin group (n=6); High-fat diet+Probucol group (n=6); Compare LDLC,HDLC,TG,TC and abdominal aortic pathological changes, pcsk9 expression After the end of the experiment;ResultAtorvastatin lowest blood lipid control, and the probucol group was significantly different; the hyperplasia of arterial intimal is clearly in High-fat diet group by HE staining, Two-drug group appear mild change than it; pcsk9 expression in atorvastatin group was the highest, the difference was significantly compared with other groups;ConclusionTwo kinds of lipid-lowering drugs are inhibiting the role of endothelial cell proliferation. Atorvastatin up-regulation the expression of pcsk9. Probucol does not cause changes in the expression pcsk9.
