Chinese herbal medicine is the precious wealth of the human and plays a veryimportant role in human health. However, due to the limited resources of wildChinese herbal medicine which is relying mostly on artificial planting, in order toincrease the yield, in the process of planting with the large spray, Chinese herbalmedicine was caused pollution. Because of the pollution, the quality of Chinese herbalmedicine was affected on our country’s export. Many countries, including theEuropean Union, the United States made detailed standard of Chinese herbal medicineof pesticide residue test. In China pharmacopoeia, some of the varieties and theprovisions of pesticide residues were made. In recent years, a lot of researches weretaken out in China. This paper studied domestic and European Union in relevantliterature on the basis of the practical research conditions, the establishment of asuitable for enterprise to Chinese medicinal decoction pieces pesticide residues intesting method for enterprises to make pesticide residues, and the internal qualitycontrol standard.(1) To develop16of organophosphorus pesticide GC-FPD determination methodin Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. According to the use of domestic pesticidesand customer feedback information,16organophosphate pesticides were chosen. Theinvestigation of organophosphorus pesticide and the separation of chromatographicconditions were studied. The sample investigation before the processing methods oforganophosphorus pesticide extraction were also studied. The established method forthe determination of pesticide in mixed standard to0.02mg/kg~1.0mg/kgconcentration range is good linear relationship.(2) To establish determination methodof8kinds of organic chlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues with GC-ECD, inacetonitrile for extracting agent, with the Florida silicon soil column methodpurification. The sample investigation before the processing methods of organic chlorine and armour cyanogen fenvalerate was taken about the influence of pesticideextraction yield. Eight test methods. in the same time with a cyanide pesticidefenvalerate was measured.Based on the determination tests and selection of pesticide residue, the Germanlaboratory (German government authorized only to our country export herbs forresidue test lab) will be screening of qualified Chinese medicinal decoction piecesinspected. From2009to2011, may of traditional Chinese medicinal decoction piecesinspection of400batch, a total of200were qualified Chinese medicinal decoctionpieces, the97%of them was not detected pesticide residue in Germany laboratorytest. Results in this paper showed that this study included the established method issimple, which could save time, provide inspection data accurately, remove obstaclesfor enterprise export, and be safe to patients.
