Object:Conduct market research and identification of origin on Angelica and other 9 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines with both food and medicine, test the general items of them; study on the toxic and harmful exogenous substances of the above nine kinds of Chinese herbal medicines;To discusses the safety for medicine and food of them, to provide references for the produce,operate and supervise of the Chinese herbal medicines with both food and medicine.Methods:1. To identify the 30 batches of traditional Chinese medicinal materials by characteristics and identification of origin belonging to the 10kings of traditional Chinese medicinal materials above.2. According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the moisture content, total ash, extract the investigation were tested.3.To detection the heavy metal content, aflatoxin,pesticide residues and sulfur dioxide residues.Results:1.The area production and quality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials are changed along with the cultivate and market competition;Based on the origin and market survey,this research the materials which have the larger yield and high market share were selected on this research,character identification were studied to make sure the representative and accuracy.2.A11 the materials were test in according with regulation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the moisture content are in line with the standard, the result of liquorice and polygonatum odoratum are close to the line,should pay attention to damp and mildew proofing at the time of storage; The ash are in line with the standard;,extract the investigation are in line with the standard,the result of Lily and polygonatum odoratum are close to the line; the ash are in line with the standard.3. Oganochlorine residues were detected in all the materials in different degrees,the content are higher in the root and rhizome herbs such as Angelica and Codonopsis pilosula, lower in the flower herbs,but did not exceed the limits of the standard provisions,warning we should made do not use organo-chlorine pesticide in the planting,and eliminates the amount of oganochlorine residues in soil.By 2015 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia method for determination of 30 batches, dichlorvos, dimethoate, methamidophos and other 11 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide residues,all results were negative.4. Esidual amount of heavy were detected in all the materials in different degrees,and all are in line with the standard,the contents of cadmium in Polygonatum odoratum was 0.28mg/kg, close to the limit of 0.3 mg/kg.5.Sulfur dioxide residue were detected in all the materials,the sulfur dioxide residue between 4 mg/kg and 557mg/kg,some regions of Codonopsis residue was 557mg/kg,Some regions of lily, polygonatum residues exceeding 400mg/kg, all the result of Angelica, Codonopsis, gastrodin, polygonatum, lily, chrysanthemum are higher than the limit.6.The result of the 29 batch materials aflatoxin are negative, lbatch liquorice from Longxi Gansu were detected aflatoxinB1:0.51g/kg, aflatoxin B2:0.06g/kg, is still a safe area,but show us that we should pay attention to prevent mildew when the herbs in a relatively high water storage such as licorice.Conclusion:In this research,10 kinds of 30 batches edible-medicinal traditional Chinese medicinal materials were identified, water and other routine items. Focus on the test of detection of exogenous harmful residues including Pesticides and heavy metals may be brought into the planting process,Sulfur dioxide may be brought into the process,aflatoxin produced in storage.It provides a scientific basis for the quality control in the whole process of cultivation, processing and storage of Chinese medicinal herbs, provides reference for the production, management and supervision of it.
