Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect In The Treatment Of Postoperative Remainding Symptoms Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By Buyang Huanwu Decoction

Objective:Observe the curative effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BHD) treating the patients suffering from postoperative remainding symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Offer the references for the clinical treatment of postoperative remainding symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing vertebral pulp extraction and spinal fusion were randomized into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases)。All of them received postoperative treatments of preventing infection, analgesia andsymptomatic treatment。In addition, BHD was offered to the treatment group from the third day of operation to the end of the forth week。And the control group were offered with Vit B1for a same lasting time。Observe and analyze the indicats of the patients’clinical feature and EMG abtained on the7th、28th day and at the end of the3rd month after opration by statistics。Then we should analyze the data by SPSS16.0。The difference is significant when p<0.05。Results:Except for one suffer from ifection,4cases lost to follow-up within the60patients in all, the other55patients obtained3months’follow-up。There is no significant differences betweem patients in the control group and treatment group in gender, age, course of diseases, JO A, VAS and other indicats befor treatmen (P>0.05). The VSA improvement rate of treatment group was a little higher than control group on the7th、28th day and at the end of the3rd month,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in JPA improvement rate betweem the two groups on the28th day and at the end of the3rd month (P<0.05), however the diference wasn’t significant on the7th day(P>0.05).At the end of the3rd month after opration,the improvment of the treatment group’s localization fibrillation potential is significantly different form the control group’s (P<0.05)。In addition, there was also a significantly more curative effect satisfaction in the treatment group (P<0.05)。During the course of medication, all the patients didn’t have any adverse drug reactions。Conclusions:1、Buyang Huanwu Decoction can exactly release the sydomes such as lumbocrural pain, numbness and paralysis after the opration of LDH。And it was good for the recovery of Neural Electrophysiological。Otherwise, it can accelerate the recovery of the nervous function。2、 It is efficient and safe for the treatment of postoperative remainding symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by Buyang Huanwu Decoction。...
