Objective:To investigate clinacal manifestations, early diagnosis and treatment ofviral myocarditis.Methods:144patients with viral myocarditis to hospital from sep.2000to dec.2010had been analyzed. The patients were divided by their disease into three types:mild type, moderate type and severe type. Mild type were treated with conventionalnutritional supports; Moderate increase immunosuppressive drugs and antiviraldrugs on the basis of mild type; severe type take special treatment on a moderatebasis if necessary, such as the treatment of auxiliary mechanical, hemodialysis, gammaglobulin et al. Then, take the observations of clinical symptoms and signs, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, troponin and cardiac function in patients beforeand after treatment.Results:Among144viral myocarditis patients,88patients were male(61.1%),56patients were female(38.9%), the gender ratio was1.57:1. Patients with a history ofprecursors infection were111, accounting for77.08%; patients with clinicalsymptoms were141, accounting for97.92%; positive signs in111cases, accountingfor77.08%; patients with abnormal ECG were126, accounting for87.5%. NYHAclassification: gradeⅠ:43cases,29.9%; grade Ⅱ:26cases,18.1%;33cases of gradeIII,22.9%; gradeIV:42cases, accounting for29.2%.After such classification of the treatment, the effect is obvious. ECG improved orreturned to normal in91.9%; echocardiography showed significant improvement in EF (P=0.001), E peak (p=0.028) before and after treatment; and troponin ofcTnI Decreased (p=0.035). The heart function was improved obviousely.131casesin144patients cured or improved, the ratio was91.0%,5cases requirements out ofhospital without cured.4patientes abandon rescue and4person pronounced dead inhospital. Conclusion:viral myocarditis grading treatment programs, withstrong use of promotional value.
