Abstract/Summary:
Objective:By the model of hypoxic cell, study the effect of hypoxia on Notch signaling pathwayin trophoblasts, investigate the possible role of Notch signaling pathway in pathogenesis ofpreeclampsia. Methods:The study used chemical reagent (CoCl2) to establish the model of hypoxic cell. Byreal-time quantitative PCR, the effect of hypoxia on the mRNA expression of Notch1andJagged1in the human extravillous trophoblast cell line TEV-1was detected.Results:(1)The mRNA expression of Notch1in control groups showed no difference ascompared with hypoxic groups(P>0.05).(2) The mRNA expression of Jagged1was gradually reduced with the extending oftime and was significantly decreased as compared with hypoxic groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The imbalance expression of Notch1and Jagged1in hypoxic trophoblasts mayparticipate in functional regulation of trophoblasts and contribute to preeclampsia.
