Effects Of Both Tower Yarn Oppression And Apply Stick Cover Bandage Way On Micturition Of Patients With Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative

Objective:Through both the tower yarn oppression and apply stick cover bandage way of comparative analysis, this paper discusses the influence of the situ-ation of postoperative micturition, It provides the basis for the reduce occur of the postoperative urine retention on clinical.Methods:We had selected30cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients as the tower yarn group from Gang Chang Ke of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital. The wound was covered by tower yarn, and fixed by wide tape with prressure; Another30cases of mixed hemorrhoid surgery was chosed from Shijiazhuang City Hospital Gang Chang Ke as the control group, whose wound were fixed by paste dressing. After the surgery, we have observed and recorded the follows of two groups in detail:the time of first postoperative voiding and unobstruct-ed voiding, the incidence rate of urinary retention, catheterization rate, the situation of first voiding, abdominal symptoms, anal blockage flu, anal pain, bleeding and edema.Results:By comparing the applicater group, the tower yarn group for the first time in the postoperative voiding time, voiding time, the incidence of urinary retention, catheterization rate, for the first time urination, abdominal symptoms, a sense of anal blockage and anal pain, there was significant difference(P<0.05); postoperative hemorrhage, edema, applicator group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The Tower yarn oppression compared with the applicator cover:the former had significantly prolonged the time of the first postoperative voiding and unobstructed voiding, increased the incidence rate of urinary retentionand catheterization rate.; At the same time,the former had significantly increased the sense of anal blockage and abdominal distension of the patients,add to some extent, it had caused or aggrvated the postoperative pain of anal.
