| Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy of using acupuncture to prevent uroschesis after mixed hemorrhoids external stripping and internal ligation by using acupuncture at Guanyuan point,Zhongji point and Sanyinjiao point,so as to provide a simple and safe method for preventing uroschesis after mixed hemorrhoids external stripping and internal ligation.Methods: In this study,80 inpatients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids were selected from The Anorectal Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to January 2022,and they were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.Patients in both groups received external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids,and anesthesia was combined subarachnoid space and epidural block anesthesia.The control group received routine postoperative treatment,while the treatment group received routine postoperative treatment + press needle of Guanyuan point,Zhongji point and Sanyinjiao point.The time interval from the completion of surgery to the first postoperative urination,the patency of the first postoperative urination,the abdominal condition 8 hours after surgery,the bladder percussion situation 8 hours after surgery,the occurrence of urinary retention and urinary catheterization were recorded,and the data were collated and statistically analyzed to observe and study the effect of the screw acupuncture on the prevention of postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids.Results: There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,number of internal hemorrhoid ligation and postoperative infusion between the two groups(P>0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in terms of the time interval from the completion of surgery to the first postoperative urination,the patency of the first postoperative urination,the abdominal symptoms 8 hours after surgery,and the bladder percussion 8 hours after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative catheterization was 2.70% in the treatment group and 18.91% in the control group,which was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the rate of catheterization between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: The piercing of Guanyuan point,Zhongji point and Sanyinjiao point by the press needle is effective in preventing postoperative urinary retention after external and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.It can effectively shorten the time of postoperative first urination,improve the patency of postoperative first urination,relieve the abdominal symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of urinary retention,which has clinical practical significance and promotion value. |
