objective:Through the questionnaire survey research, and analysis on the relationship among the correlation factors and syndromes of TCM as well as Constitution of sequelae of Pelvic inflammatory disease.to provide certain theoretical basis to standardized treat. then to reduce the rate of sequelae of Pelvic inflammatory disease syndrome.methods:Following the epidemiology research methods, to design the same investigation table,diagnostic criteria.and eliminate standard.120patients, according to TCM syndrome differentiation and standards, are divided into four groups:shireyujie group, and qizhixueyu group, the hanshiningzhi grinds and qixuxueyu group; According to the traditional physical classification criteria to divide physical types.Through the questionnaire survey to collect the basic information on patients obtained the detailed constitution characters.clinical symptoms.morbidity correlation factors.Results:(1) The main age of sequelae of Pelvic inflammatory disease syndrome is22-42years old.A total of93patients, accounts for77.5%of the number of this survey.(2)Through the clinical investigation, the constitution type of SPID:the main constitution are shire quality. The second is qiyu, accounted for20%; the third is xue yu. accounted for15%. Three main constitution types are shire, qiyu, xueyu, accounted for61.7%.(3) Through the analysis of the literature, the syndrome of shire,qizhixueyu,shireyujie.hanshiningzhiare the main syndrome of SPID.(4) Among different constitution types, The TCM syndrome is different.(5)The morbidity of SPID is closely related to the factors,such as sex life, abortion number. duration, the nature of work and character.Conclusion: (1) The main age of sequelae of Pelvic inflammatory disease syndrome is22-42years old.which is conform to disease’occurrence regularity.(2)The morbidity of SPID is closely related to the constitution.The main the main constitution are shire quality. The second is qi yu, as well as xueyu.(3) The main syndrome of SPID among four syndrome types, the shire is ofen appears, the least is xueyu.(4) The patient charaeterized by shire constitution often appears in stagnation of damp-heat syndrome, meanwhile,the patient characterized by qizhi on stitution often appears in qizhixueyu syndrome.(5) The morbidity of SPID is closely related to the factors.such as sex life, abortion number, duration, the nature of work and character.
