| Objective: Research on pregnant women in Shenyang city matemalamniocentesis cognition and its impact factors. Impact factors are found according toquestionnaire and the maternal amniocentesis rate is improved in order to reducing birth defects.Method:500pregnant women visiting to a maternity hospital in Shenyang wererandomly selected for the study from January2010to October2012. Develop theinvestigation questionnaire, investigation content includes: age, education, race,occupation, genetic history, past reproductive history, history of exposure to adversefactors, prenatal examination, accept pregnancy health education situation, onamniotic fluid diagnosis of understanding degree can accept amniocentesis andreason,to anonymous basis in the form of investigation, to find out the effect of theamniotic fluid of pregnant women diagnosis of the degree of cognitive factors.Results: In our study,500pregnant women were investigated, mean age27.9±3.9years and an average gestational age of21.64±5.2weeks. Including144pregnant women under the age of25years, accounting for28.8%of the total number,307pregnant woman the age of25-35years, accounting for61.4%,49pregnantwomen over the age of35,9.8%of the total number. Survey of70pregnant womenwith graduate degrees, accounting for14%of the total number,274pregnant womenowning undergraduate or specialist qualifications,54.8%of the total number,156pregnant women from high school,31.2%of the total number.142pregnant womenunderstand Amniocentesis clearly, accounting for28.4%of the total number,surveyed232pregnant women understand Amniocentesis incompletely, accountingfor46.4%of the total number,126pregnant women are completely unaware,accounting for25.2%.87%pregnant women are Han Chinese,13%minorities. Mostof the research objects without a family genetic disease history, only0.4%pregnantwomen with a family genetic disease history.126pregnant women have an adversepregnancy history, accounting for25.2%of the total number of surveys.53pregnantwomen have a bad history of exposure. The results of this study show that there is nosignificantly relationship between amniocentesis and pregnant women age. There is a significant relationship among pregnant women’ education level, occupation,household, adverse pregnancy history and the degree of cognitive amniocentesis.Conclusion: with higher educational level, pregnant women owning the higherlevel amniocentesis cognitive degree. The reasonable and effective health educationmethod and content will improve the diagnosis cognitive degree of amniotic fluid ofpregnant women. |
