The collected cases material should be met early definitive surgical treatment of clinical indications, but take a different treatment methods were retrospectively researched, which is divided into early definitive surgery treatment group and the conservative treatment, Compared two groups of average hospitalization time of patients with, average cost, average cure rate, serum albumin, the4th week of liver function, renal dysfunction, and analysis on the differences of the two sets of clinical treatment effect. Results:The early surgical treatment group was significantly higher than the completely conservative treatment group in the cure rate; The liver functional damage rate at the fourth week and hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization were less significantly than the latter(P<0.05); Early definitive operation treatment group’s blood albumin was higher than that of conservative treatment; Between the two groups of the cure rate is no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the enteral and parenteral nutrition technology, growth hormone and somatostatin, a variety of hemostatic techniques, use of modern diagnostic techniques and other support. According to the specific condition of patients, we can choose appropriate surgical methods to treat small intestinal external fistula patients with correct and reasonable peri operative management.
