ObjectiveThe author of2009-2012year3years from235cases of children with CPR retrospective study, in an objective and reflect the current situation of CPR, and discusses a cardiac arrest patient clinical characteristics and treatment experience, summarizes and analyzes the influence factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate, in order to further enhance the level of children’s cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).Object:March2009to February3years, our hospital emergency room, operating rooms, PuTongBing outside the hospital room and rescue of cardiac arrest patients,235cases of patients with the implementation of the male in130cases, female105cases. According to his own experiences, choose eight influence on children’s cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate of factors, each kind of factor to classification, and then statistics every classification of CPR success rate, the application---software for statistical analysis, according to results are discussed and concluded. Eight factors classification respectively see table1to table8. Methods:In our hospital in March2009-February2012235cases of patients with heart breath stops the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) first aid process and results of retrospective analysis. On the above eight factors success rate of statistical analysis, the statistical software SPSS13.0. With P<0.05are statistically significant, significantly different. Results and analysis: The above material, group, the statistical analysis, overall recovery results: cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)235cases, success in49cases, failure in186cases, overall success rate of20.85%.From table1"can be seen, the male and female children cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate almost unanimously, are close to the overall recovery rate was20.85%, the gender of the success rate of recovery no difference. From table2"can be seen, the age is smaller, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate is lower, the age is older, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) the higher success rate that age on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate have influence. Can be seen from table3", with sudden cardiac arrest of the primary heart disease cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate is low, the viscera as important brain diseases caused by the sudden cardiac arrest patients cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate is low, severe pneumonia, aspiration, such as choking the mental damage vital organs from cardiac arrest patients the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) high that cause cardiac arrest of patients with primary basic diseases to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate have influence. From table4"it can be seen in cardiac arrest in patients with the1-4minutes of patients cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) the success rate of the highest, to60.8%, more than ten minutes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate lowest, suggest that patients with cardiac arrest the starting time of the rescue has significant influence and success. From table5"can see that, in the hospital in CPR success rate is higher, outside the hospital CPR success rate is low, explain in patients with cardiac arrest the site for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate have influence. Can be seen from table6", cardiac arrest the patients first personnel knowledge, the higher the level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) the higher success rate, cardiac arrest patients that the first staff knowledge, level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) have a remarkable effect on the success rate. From table7"can be seen, the CPR duration up to30min of the rescue success rate is higher, more than30min above, such as continuous35min,45min,55min3kinds of cases, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate almost unanimously, explain CPR lasted for more than the international cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) guidelines" standard time more than30min, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate did not have significant influence. Can be seen from table8", give CA patients with large doses of the standard dose application of adrenaline, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate consistent, are close to the overall success rate20.85%, explain the application of the standard dose and large amounts of adrenaline to the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) no influence. Conclusion:Influence on children’s cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) success rate of overall divided into the following factors on four categories:...
