Objective:In recent years, the research result of cervical cancer etiology shows that the high-risk HPV infection is the induced factor of cervical epithelial cancerous. HPV infection precedes the cervical cancer and is the necessary biological condition of cervical pre-cancer lesions and cervical cancer. This paper tries to probe into the positive rate of high-risk HPV infection among females, the peak age of infection and study on the relationship between the HR-HPV positive and cervical pathological changes.Methods:6096women with high-risk HPV in screening programmes for cervical cancer of women from January2009to December2010in Zaozhuang city of Shandong province were slected in this research. The HPV-positive patients are examined under colposcope with biopsy and the pathological examination is performed.Results:1.6096women are screened in this research and1351of them are high-risk HPV-positive patients, with the positive rate of22.26%. In the25to29years old group, HR-HPV infection rates are highest, and the second is55-59years old group, the lowest is40-45years old group, infection rates is29.95%,26.90%,15.27%respectively, Every age group differences between infection rates have statistical significance (P<0.05).2.1187women are examined under colposcope with biopsy, and the pathology results show normal cervical tissue in54cases (4.55%), chronic inflammation in833cases (74.39%), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in297cases (25.02%). Colposcopy quasi clinical and compared to the gold standard (histological pathology diagnosis), coincidence rate is94.69%. Histopathological diagnosis HPV infection compared to HC-2detection, coincidence rate was78.85%(936/1187).3. The HPV-DNA content of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and SCC were significantly higher than that of cervicitis and normal cervical tissue(P<0.05) Different levels CIN (CIN Ⅰ~Ⅲ) HPV-DNA content is increasing trend, but the difference has no statistically significant (P<0.05);SCC of HPV-DNA was obviously higher than CIN. cervical inflammation and normal cervical, but SCC number is too little to a representative sample.4. CINⅡ~Ⅲ in the<30years old group and>30years old group detection rate were3.63%and9.34%respectively, the statistics analysis of two groups of detection rate have statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionThe high-risk HPV infection is the necessary biological condition of cervical disease. HR-HPV testing can improve the early cervical lesions positive detection rate, in women above30years old for vervical HR-HPV testing is more meaningful. HPV positive patients should be examined with colposcope as much as possible, and the suspicious positive lesion should be examined under colposcope with biopsy.
