By flow cytometry using single platform T cell subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8) percentage detecting, And the same age healthy children were compared.Results and analysis:Foot and mouth disease in children with T cell subsets detection value and the control group comparison of normal values of CD3, CD4, CD8:detection values were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.001). In group CD3, CD4, CD8T cell number and mild group comparison, more decreased, Especially the coma and neurogenic pulmonary edema in children with critically ill patients decreased more obviously, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.001). CD3/CD4in mild and severe compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (p=0.9195).Conclusion:Children with hand foot and mouth disease is obviously low cell immune function, and immune regulation function are disorder, tips on hand foot mouth disease, attention should be paid to immune supportive treatment. |
