Anoectochilus Roburghii Juice Combined With Shouzu Qing Formula Treatment Of The Ordinary,Foot And Mouth Disease And Clinical Study On T Cell Subsets And Cytokines Influence

Objective:This research aims to through the clinical observation of the clinical efficacy and safety that was Anoectochilus roburghii juice combined with Shouzu Qing formula therapy on the ordinary hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and the clinical observation of the change of CRP、IFN-a、IL-6、IL-10 and T lymphocyte subset in those children’s peripheral blood after treatment to explore the integrative influence on the immune regulation of the ordinary HFMD. and then to enrich TCM for clinical and experimental research.Methods:96 cases of HFMD children were randomly divided into three groups according to the digital meter method.but 88cases completed the test. All of them were within western medicine comprehensive treatment. One group of 29 cases was intervened with Shouzu Qing formula. One group of 29 cases was intervened with Anoectochilus roburghii juice and another group of 30 cases was intervened with both Anoectochilus roburghii juice and Shouzu Qing formula. The observation set from 0 to 7 days to check groups with fever. the oral mucosa pain and other symptoms of rash time and adverse reactions. Those children’s WBC. neutrophil count. CRP. IFN-a. IL-6. IL-10 and T lymphocyte subset wererespectively recorded before treatment and after 4 davs treatment.Results:1. (1) The effectiveness evaluation:After treatment. there were 9 cases cured.18 cases markedly effective.2 cases effective, and 1 invalid in the combined dosing group. There were 4 cases cured.17 cases markedly effective.7 cases effective, and 1 invalid in the Shouzu Qing formula group. There were 5 cases cured.13 cases markedly effective.9 cases effective, and 8 cases invalid in the Anoectochilus roburghii juice group. Results in combined dosing group are better than the single drug group and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).(2) The comparison of the fade time of fever. oral mucosa pain subsided and rash in three groups after treatment:The fade time of fever in three groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05):The fade time of oral mucosa pain subsides in three groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multiple comparisons were made. First of all. the comparison between the combined dosing group and Shouzu Qing formula group and Anoectochilus roburghii juice group respectively. The fade time of combined dosing group was shorter than that both of ShouzuQing formula group (P<0.01). The fade time of rash in three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple comparisons were made. Same with that of oral mucosa pain subsides:the fade time of combined dosing group was shorter than that both of Shouzu Qing formula group (P<0.05).(3)The comparison of children with WBC. N. PLT. CPR in three groups after treatment:The comparison of the WBC in three groups was no statistical significance (P> 0.05): The N of children in three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple comparisons were made. First of all. the comparison between the combined dosing group and Shouzu Qing formula group and Anoectochilus roburghii juice group respectively. Combined dosing group with N significanty is better than that of the Shouzu Qing formula group (P< 0.05). and there was statistical significance. And combined dosing group with N is lower than that of the Anoectochilus roburghii juice (P> 0.05). which was no statistically significant difference. Second, the comparison between Shouzu Qing formula group and Anoectochilus roburghii juice group. The N value of the latter one was lower than that of the previous (P< 0.05) which was statistical significance too.The comparison result of PLT of children in three groups is the same with that of N value.Three groups of children with CRP was statistically significant (P<0.05). CRP of combined dosing group is lower than both the Shouzu Qing formula and the Anoectochilus roburghii juice group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. after treatment, the comparison of peripheral blood T cell subgroup in three groups: Compared CD3+ in three groups, the combined dosing group is higher than both Anoectochilus roburghii juice group and the Shouzu Qing formula group, but there were no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05):Compared CD4-in three groups, the combined dosing group is higher than Shouzu Qing formula group, which was no statistically significant difference (P< 0.05):Comparison of CD8-in three groups was no significant difference (P 0.05).3. after treatment, the comparison of peripheral blood IFN-a in three groups: The combined dosing group is lower than both Anoectochilus roburghii juice group and the Shouzu Qing formula group. There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4. After treatment. the comparison of peripheral blood IL-6 in three groups: IL-6 value of the combined dosing group is lower than both Anoectochilus roburghii juice group and the Shouzu Qing formula group. and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).5. After treatment. the comparison of peripheral blood IL-10 in three groups: IL-10 value of the combined dosing group is lower than both Anoectochilus roburghii juice group and the Shouzu Qing formula group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).6. During the treatment. a children in the Shouzu Qing formula group suffer from diarrhea. while other two groups hadn’t occurred adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:1. This research via the treatment combining Anoectochilus roburghii juice with Shouzu Qing formula through multi-way of taking orally and spray outside and more targeted treatment of HFMD to intensified the pain of the oral mucosa significantly, help to cure skin rashes. shorten the course of the disease and to relieve the pain, in the end to improve clinical curative effect; it also can cut in neutrophil count and drop out C-reactive protein level, playing a role to anti-inflammatory. What’s more, the treatment is safety.2. Anoectochilus roburghii juice combined with Shouzu Qing formula could raise HFMD peripheral blood T cell subsets CD4+ level and lower level of IL-6, IL-10. which play a role of immune function regulation. And it deserves further clinical applications.
