| ObjectiveThe cerebral white matter was observed to provide scientific basis for theclinical diagnosis and accurate location of brain diseases, using Klingler’s fiberdissection technique and DTI technique.Methods1. The adult humam brain were frozen and dissected following the Klinglertechnique to observe and measure the white matter structure.2. The ten healthyvolunteers were chosen to take the imaging of white matter by the DTItechunque and reconstruct the white matter by the DTT technique.Results1. The anatomical structure and positions of cerebral white matter structure, including, the external capsule, the arcuate fasciculus, the uncinate fasciculus, the inferior occipitofrontal fasciculus, the optic radiationg and the claustumcould be clearly demonstrted with the Klingler anatomy technique.2. The mainbrain white matter structure all mentioned above could be shown clearly withthe DTI technique.Conclusion1. The Klingler anatomy technique and the DTI technique based on thebasis of anatomy could clearly display the structure and position of the cerebralwhite matter fiber.2. The cerebral white matter has a common basicconstructurewith some individual differences in the size and shape.3. DTItechnique could be well applied to the clinical diagnosis and accurate locatingthe cerebral white matter. |
