Clinical Observation Of The Peak Of LH In Urine And Ovulation About Auricular Acupressure Points Treatment In Treating With Kidney Asthenia And Blood Stasis Type Of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome

Objective:To study the effects of the auricular acupressure points treatment treating kidney asthenia and blood stasis type of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Synodrome(LUFS), observating the value of LH in urine and ultrasonigraph monitoring situation.To explore its mechanism of action, provide the basis and method for clinical treatment.Methods:Selection criteria of LUFS patients,56cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group of30cases were treated by auricular acupressure points treatment,26cases of control group,use only HCG promoting ovulation. A menstrual cycles continuous treatment for a period of three menstrual cycles, excepting for pregnancy. To examine the value of LH in urine which was used to capture the peak of LH during to the semi quantitative,To observate index of the basic temperature, under b-sonography follicle,then to compare the efficacy of two groups, and follow up for their ovulation and pregnancy.Results:1.The total effective rate of the auricular acupressure points treatment group was86.7%, and pregnancy rate26.6%. The total effective rate of the control group was69.2%,and pregnancy rate23.1%.Two groups had no significant difference between the total effective rates,so as the pregnancy rates (P>0.05). They both could effectively improve the pregnancy rate of the patients.2.The ovulation rate of the auricular acupressure points treatment group was57.5%,the incidence of LUFS rate42.5%. The ovulation rate of the control group was38.5%,the incidence of LUFS rate61.5%. There were significantly different (P<0.05)between two groups.Suggesting that ovulation rate of the auricular acupressure points treatment is higher than the last,and LUFS repetition rate is lower than it.3.The auricular acupressure points treatment group of TCM in patients with clinical symptoms, symptom score was better significantly than the control group,indicating tha the ear acupoint sticking therapy significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of patients. 4. The level of LH in urine before ovulating had no significant difference The auricular acupressure points treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),so as urinary LH peak appearing from the day of ovulation time.The effect suggests that two groups of urinary LH peak appeared from the time of ovulation is similar.The auricular acupressure points treatment was on the fairly efficacy to improve the the peak of LH in urine.5.Appearance in the dominant follicle compared to the time of ovulation, the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time spent in the control group was less than the auricular acupressure points treatment group,indicating that the emergence of the dominant follicle, HCG intramuscular compared auricular is more accelerated follicle discharge.Conclusion:1.Auricular acupressure points treatment could effectively improve ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, and reduce the recurrence rate of LUFS cycle of the LUFS patients with infertility.2.Auricular acupressure points treatment could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.3.The mechanism of auricular acupressure points treatment treating LUFS, was possibly through regulating the endocrine.
