The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Luteinized Unruptured Follicles Syndrome With Acupuncture And Auricular Therapy

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture and auricular therapy in the treatment of LUFS,which types of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Select integral oviposit rate and pregnancy rate as the main index.And make a comparison with HCG promote ovulation treatment.Search for a more effective clinical method.Methods From January 2016 to June 2018,60 patients with luteinized unruptured follicles were enrolled in the gynecological clinic of Jiangnan Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into two groups according to the method of digital random table.Taking a menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,three menstrual cycles are observed continuously.The follicular development was monitored by B-mode ultrasonography during three courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular point therapy on LUFS was evaluated by observing the ovulation rate,recurrence rate of LUF cycle,pregnancy rate and other therapeutic indicators of basal body temperature(BBT)high temperature phase(HPS)score in two groups.Results ①After treatment,BBT high temperature phase(HPS)scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),but the treatment group had more advantages than the control group(P<0.05).②The total ovulation rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).③The recurrence rate of LUF cycle in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).④There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The research prompt acupuncture and auricular therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.And have a positive affection towards patients’ integral oviposit rate and pregnancy rate.Which is better than HCG promote ovulation treatment.
