Objective: to study the relationship between activity of PON organophosphate andcoronary heart disease with normal serum lipids. Discusses the relationships amongseveral oxidative stress related indicators(LDL-HNE, LDL-MDA, carbonyl proteinconcentration, GSH, T-AOC, H2O2, Anti-hydroxyl radical antioxidant capacity), bloodpressure, serum lipids (triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), HDL-c, LDL-c), theserum ions (K+, Na+Clˉ, Ca2+), hypersensitive c-reactive protein and coronaryheart disease with normal plasma lipids. The reaction system composed oforganophosphatase activity of PON, oxidative stress indicators that mentioned aboveand serum lipids, analysis the relationships among the oxidative indicators, serumlipids and organophosphatase activity of PON, furtherly to explore the relationshipbetween organophosphatase activity of PON and coronary heart disease. Methods: this study choose the Han nationality in north China as the researchobject, according to the results of coronary artery angiography and serum lipid levels,31people were divided into the group of coronary heart disease with normal plasmalipids,29people were divided into the other group of coronary heart disease withunnormal plasma lipids, use spectrophotometric method to detect organophosphataseactivity of PON; ELISA method to detect LDL-HNE、LDL-HNE、LDL-MDA,colorimetric determination of GSH, T-AOC, Anti-hydroxyl radical antioxidantcapacity, carbonyl protein concentration. The results of hypersensitive c-reactiveprotein, K+, Na+and Cl-, Ca2+, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C are checked by laboratorydepartment of the first hospital attached to Jilin University. The level of bloodpressure are achieved from patients information collective table, then carries oncorrelation analysis to data. Results: H2O2(4.40±1.62uM vs3.70±1.94uM), systolic pressure(188.80±21.87mmHg vs176.70±34.07mmHg), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (3.90±3.13mg/l vs2.10±2.24mg/l) in the group of coronary heart disease with normalplasma lipids were significantly higher than control group(both were P﹤0.05).Comparing the group of coronary heart disease with normal plasma lipids and controlgroup, the difference of LDL-HNE、LDL-MDA、carbonyl protein concentration、GSH、T-AOC、Anti-hydroxyl radical antioxidant capacity,、diastolic pressure, serumions (K+, Na+, Clˉ, Ca2+) and serum lipids (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C)level have nostatistical significance (both were P>0.05). Organophosphatase activity of PON inthe group of coronary heart disease with normal plasma lipids(96.00±36.72U/ml)compared with control group(89.90±16.27U/ml),there was still no statisticallydifference (P>0.05), it suggests that organophosphatase activity of PON may have nocontribution for oxidative stress in coronary heart disease with normal lipids. Theresults of correlation analysis that conclude organophosphatase activity of PON withoxidative stress index, serum lipid and serum ions respectively show that the oxidativestress indicators, serum lipid, serum ionsand organo phosphatase activity of PON areunrelated (both were P>0.05); Response surface analysis indicates that in thereaction system composed of serum Ca2+concentration and the organophosphataseactivity of PON, the interaction of Ca2+and the organophosphatase activity of PONfor HEN-LDL have significant correlation (P﹤0.05), while other oxidative stressindicators are unrelated (both were P>0.05). thus, it can conclude that comparingwith the organophosphatase activity of PON, interaction of Ca2+have morecontribution to the incidence of coronary heart disease with normal plasma lipids (P﹤0.05).Conclusion: H2O2, systolic pressure and hypersensitive c-reactive protein aresignificant different between control group and normal lipid-coronary heart diseasegroup. In the reaction system that compose of organophosphatase activity of PON, theorganophosphatase activity of PON of normal lipid-CHD group, serum Ca2+concentration and correlation between organophosphatase activity of PON and serumCa2+significant contribute to the LDL-HNE levels. In the reaction system composedof organophosphatase activity of PON, serum Ca2+significantly contribute to theonset of coronary heart disease with normal lipids.
