Objective:To observe the effects of Fastigial Nuclear Stimulation on oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease. The observed in-decators included SOD,GPX,MDA,AOPP.Methods:A total of 170 patients admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of The third people’s hospital of mianyang city from January 2019 to February 2020 who were diagnosed with coronary artery disease and underwent coronary artery angiography and coronary artery stent implantation were selected as the study subjects. The control group received the standardized drug therapy for coronary heart disease, the experimental group was treated with fastigial nuclear stimulation apparatus on the basis of standardized drug therapy for coronary heart disease. The changes of oxidative stress index before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.General information:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of age, gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, smoking history, body mass index, triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,Number of coronary lesions and stent implantation(P>0.05);and there was no significant difference in baseline data in the ACS subgroup and SA subgroup(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in SOD,GPX,MDA and AOPP levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the above indexes between the acute coronary syndrome and the subgroup of stable angina pectoris(P>0.05).3.The levels of serum SOD,GPX in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group after treatment. The levels of serum MDA,AOPP were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.01).In the acute coronary syndrome subgroup, the levels of serum SOD,GPX in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group, the level of MDA was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05),and the level of AOPP was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).In the subgroup of stable angina pectoris, the levels of SOD,GPX in the experimental group after treatment were higher than that in the control group, and the levels of MDA,AOPP were lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).4.After treatment, the levels of serum SOD,GPX in the control group were higher than that before treatment, the level of AOPP was lower than that before treatment(all P<0.01),and the MDA level was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).In the acute coronary syndrome subgroup, the levels of SOD,GPX in the test group after treatment were higher than that before treatment, and the levels of MDA and AOPP were lower than that before treatment(all P<0.01).After treatment, the levels of SOD,GPX in the control group were higher than that before treatment, and AOPP level was lower than that before treatment(all P<0.01).MDA level was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).In the subgroup of stable angina pectoris, the levels of SOD,GPX in the experimental group were higher than that before the treatment.MDA and AOPP levels were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.01).After treatment, the levels of SOD in the Control group was higher than before treatment(P<0.01),GPX level was higher than before and MDA、AOPP levels were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fastigial nuclear stimulation can regulate the level of oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease, which has a certain impact on the recovery and prognosis of patients.Clinical Trial Registration:URL:http://www.clinicaltrials.gov.Unique identifier:NCT04121715.
