Mumps and chickenpox are acute respiratory infections, which arespread by air. Both infectious diseases mainly occur in winter and spring. Both viruses are widely popular and infectivity is strong, nowadays all overthe world have the diseases. Major crowd occur among children andadolescents. Now we discover that these two virus serotypes are unitary,Human is the only host of these two viruses, so crowd are generallysusceptible, almost everyone infected with mumps and chickenpox, if youare not immune. Because the clinical manifestations of children are mildafter virus infection and diseases are self-limiting, they are often overlooked.Although vaccines have been used in our country now, vaccines haven’treached the effective vaccine coverage and immunity level in order toprevent from prevalence of both respiratory infectious diseases, our countryoften have these two kinds of cases of virus infection. And along with thein-depth study of the two kinds of infectious disease, we discover these twokinds of virus infection incidence group of age have the trend of thedevelopment of the backward, adults infected with both viruses risingincidence which are direct threat for women of childbearing age. Objective: Detection level of antibody IgG of serum mumps、varicella-zostervirus in pregnant women of the second hospital of jilin university obstetric delivery in order to evaluate susceptibility of mumps and chickenpox ofchildbearing age women and learn more about these two kinds of risk ofvirus infection in pregnant women, at last to provide the basis for women ofchild-bearing age of the immune prevention strategies. Methods:①BetweenNovember2011and January2012,we collected122copies pregnant womenserum from18to45years old in jilin university second hospital maternityhospital childbirth, we extracted2ml blood from pregnant women and122copies blood was centrifuged and taked out the serum and stored in therefrigerator which is-20℃in order to test IgG antibody of Mumps andvaricella.②Detecting respectively the mumps antibody levels and chickenpox by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA)and usingapplication of Excel worksheet for data entry antibody levels of the testresults, Then we use SPSS16.0statistical software for statistical analysistheir possible influence factors. Results:①The total positive rate of mumpsantibody of childbearing age women was80.33%,mumps antibody positiverate is highest in26-29years old and the lowest is in22-25years old. Thetotal positive rate of chickenpox antibody of childbearing age women was88.52%,chickenpox antibody positive rate is highest in26-29years old andthe lowest is more than34years old. After statistics analysis results,prompt-ing rate of positive of antibody mumps and chickenpox of different agegroup of pregnant women differences significant.②The positive rate ofmumps and chickenpox have nothing to do with distribution of urban、rural and provinces.③T he positive rate of mumps and chickenpox have nothingto do with number of pregnancy and complications during pregnancy.
