The Clinical Significance Of The Change Of TRAb In Pregnant Women With Graves Disease In Different Stages Of Pregnance

Purpose: To investigate the changes of serum thyroid stimulatinghormone receptor antibody (TRAb) in GD during different gestationalage.Method:36cases collected in our hospital for antenatal examinationof school-age pregnant women, a total of56cases, in which the previoushistory of thyroid function hyperthyroidism in20cases with no previoushistory of thyroid function hyperthyroidism, respectively, in fasting bloodsamples were collected in the early, middle, late pregnancy, application ofchemical luminescence immune analysis method to detect the serumthyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and the promotion of thyroidstimulating hormone (TSH) levels and instrument for Roche CobasE602detector.Result:1. Normal pregnancy group in pregnancy in each cycle ofthyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) test results were in the normalrange, but with pregnancy beginning and end is relatively high, and lowmid level rules. Thyroid function at each stage. Thyroid peroxidaseantibody (TPOAb) and thyroid globulin antibody (TGAb) were alwaysnegative.2. GD pregnancy group in pregnancy serum thyrotropin receptorantibody (TRAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) decreased to about24weeks of gestationwas lowest, and then began to rise. At the end of the rebound even morethan during the first trimester of pregnancy and reached the peak.Conclusion:1. The history of the pregnant women with no history ofhyperthyroidism during the course of pregnancy, although there arefluctuations in TRAb, but are within the normal range, TGAb, TPOAb isnot beyond the normal range.2. Maternal hyperthyroidism in pregnancy in the process of TRAbappears to reduce, increase volatility changes, under the intervention ofantithyroid drug therapy TRAb although increased, but normal thyroidfunction, did not affect the normal pregnancy.
