ObjectiveBy testing the humoral immune and T lymphocyte of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat stasis pattern and analyzing differences of immune disorder between period and non-period, the distributions of disorder immune, as well as the relation of menstrual cycle and lasting course with pregnancy times, are found during the research, at that time, the sensitive immune index are screened, which provides a basis for a further exploration of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating pelvic environment and immune effects.Method207cases from June2008to January2012in Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were recruited, then humoral immune and subtyped T lymphocyte were tested by flow cytometry method. All the cases were divided into period group(N=95) and non-period group(N=112). Satistics were analyzed by SPSS17.0with chi-square test, Wilcoxon test and Logist regression analysis, etc.Results1. Immune disorder was different between the two groups, with obviousness in period group. Among the indices, C3and C4were of statistic significance (P<0.05). The totality of immune imbalance of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis pattern is146cases.Their immune abnormalities are various types,and the frequency of C3and C4the value of reduce is the highest for20cases, accounting forl3.70%of immune imbalance.2.70Cases were with C3abnormality, accounting for33.33%.3.146cases in207cases were found abnormal immune indices. Among the146cases, With the C3value,C4value lower and companion C3value, C4value lower most common1y found, among the55cases,accounting for37.67%.4. Immune abnormalities were positively correlated with disease course and pregnancy times, and uncorrelated with age increasing.ConclusionPatients with chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat stasis pattern had immune imbalance in period and non-period. And the imbalance was more obvious in period. With the prolonging disease course and increasing pregnancy times, immune imbalance rate was increasing. And sensitive immune indices were found.
