Study On The Mechanism Of Yin Jia Wan For Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Dampness And Heat Stasis

Objective: Using the mouse hot plate experiment to observe the analgesic effect of Yin Jia Wan on a pain;through the changes of inflammatory cytokines on Yin Jia Wan in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model of rats,to explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Yin Jia Wan in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,provide experimental and theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: In experiment one,The experiment using a mouse hot plate test,the analgesic effect of Yin Jia Wan on pain were observed;In experiment two,A total of30 SD female rats were randomly selected for 5 normal control subjects,the remaining 25 rats using phenol mucilage successfully established models of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,were randomly divided into model group,Yin Jia Wan high,medium and low dose group,and Qianjin tablets group.15 days after the treatment of Chinese medicine,the rat serum was taken.The serum inflammation factor IL-6,IL-2,TNF-? concentrations were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay rat.Results: Yin Jia Wan high dose after administration,mice could inhibit pain caused by thermal stimulation(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the serum IL-6,IL-2 and TNF-? concentrations had statistical significances(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Yin Jia Wan has a good central analgesic effect.Meanwhile;Yin Jia Wan can significantly reduce cell infiltration in endometritis,promote proliferation and repair of lesion epithelial cells and restore uterine morphology,so as to effectively treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats.The mechanism of Yin Jia Wan in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease may be through reduced IL-6,IL-2 and TNF-?,the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines and achieve the balance between proinflammatory cytokines,to enhance immune function,promote the recovery of lesions of epithelial cell proliferation and repair of uterine morphology,reduce inflammation,blood filling edema and infiltration of inflammatory cells.
