Clinical Study On Effect Of The Rule Of Invigorating Heart And Tranquilizing In Treating Cardiac Arrhythmia(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Heart-qi)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safty of the Rule of invigorating Heart and Tranquilizing in treating cardiac arrhythmia (syndrome of deficiency of heart-qi)Methods:To collect the72patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ventricular extrasystoles and heart palpitation,and belong to the syndrome of deficiency of heart qi from the Cheng Du University of TCM affiliated hospital’s cardiological out-patient and in-patient departments. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with36patients in each group. The72patients in each group had no significant difference in Sex、Age、basic diseases and the time of the disease (P>0.05). The treatment group was treated with Yixinanshentang, take100ml each time, take3times a day. The control group was treated with Propafenone Table, take150mg each time, take3times a day. The course of treatment was4weeks. Respectively before and after treatment, compare the effect between on clinical symptoms, the number and the classification of ventricular premature contractions. Observing the effection of the three conventional, liver and renal function before and after treatment to makes sure of the safety of the Chinese medicine. Using statistical software SPSS13.0statistical analysis, it has clinical significance when P<0.05.Results:1.The general effect,the number and the classification of ventricular premature contractions have no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).2. There was significant difference between the two groups in syndrome of the traditional chinese medicine(P<0.05). In the control group, The cured and markedly effective rate was47.22%and the total effective rate was75.00%, The cured and markedly effective rate was77.78%and the total effective rate was97.22%in the treatment group with significant differences as compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).3.After the treatment, the effect of individual symptoms and total score of TCM has significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), the experimental group curative effect surpasses the control group.4.There was no difference before and after the experimental group of the three conventional, liver, renal function.Conclusion:The Yixinanshentang in clinical use is safe and have better clinical effect for syndrome of deficiency of heart qi in the treatment of ventricular premature contractions。...
