Objective:1。Investigate the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in cervical cancer tissues, the three factors of P53, P-glycoprotein (p-gp) cell markers in cervical cancer adjuvant chemotherapy before and after the change2、Investigate the changes of cervical carcinoma line cell markers before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy to predict the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and sensitivity.3、Investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and provide a theoretical basis for cervical cancer treatment, and prognosis of individual clinical treatment will have positive significance. Methods:Select our hospital with biopsy-confirmed cervical cancer patients, all patients were locally advanced (II b above), no chemotherapy contraindications, the use of cisplatin-based chemotherapy,60cases of cervical cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy The dynamic observation of short-term effect, using immunohistochemistry before and after chemotherapy in cervical carcinoma of PCNA, p53, the P-gp cell markers of changes in the efficacy evaluation.Results:1、The clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy response rate of80%.2、The positive expression rate of P53, P-gp after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than the pre-chemotherapy expression level (P<0.05)..3、Before chemotherapy, P53, P-gp expression and negative chemotherapy efficiency higher than that of P53, P-gp expression positive efficiency (P<0.05).4、Before adjuvant chemotherapy, after cervical cancer tissue positive expression rate of PCNA was no significant difference, before chemotherapy, the expression of PCNA negative chemotherapy efficiency and positive expression was no significant (P>0.05)Conclusions:1、Cervical cancer adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced, can effectively relieve symptoms and reverse the clinical stage, and created a good chance of operation for patients with inoperable, advanced cervical cancer treatment program.2、Chemotherapy regimens of adjuvant chemotherapy (cisplatin+5-FU) treatment of cervical cancer have better short-term effect should be widely applied.3、NACT in cervical carcinoma before and after the expression rate of PCNA and the NACT expression of negative and positive chemotherapy efficiency, no significant differences, indicating that PCNA can not better predict the sensitivity and efficacy of NACT, so PCNA may not be as cervical cancer therapy an important reference for evaluation.4、Chemotherapy of P53, P-gp expression negative effects of chemotherapy, showed that of P53, the P-gp can better predict sensitivity of adjuvant chemotherapy can be of P53, the P-gp as NACT treatment of cervical cancer patients with a screening indicators and criteria.
